Tile & shower systems
The original shower was opened for a complete rebuild, prepared with a waterproof tile-ready system, and finished with full-height marble-look wall tile, a mosaic shower floor, niche, and coordinated fixtures.

Bathroom remodeling
The adjoining bathroom spaces were updated with marble-look tile wainscoting, coordinated floor tile, new vanity surfaces, and cleaner finished transitions while retaining the home’s wood character.
Accessible carpentry
A purpose-built wood ramp and landing were framed inside the garage, followed by handrail and guardrail construction. The sequence shows the structural work as it progressed.

Exterior repair
Damaged exterior siding around the window was removed and rebuilt with a clean, weather-ready finish.
Storage improvement
An underused closet was converted into organized, adjustable storage with full-width shelving.
Interior improvement
The worn floor surface was removed and replaced to create a cleaner transition into the adjoining space.
