Customer records are protected with a project-specific link and six-digit PIN supplied directly by DP Construction.

Open your customer portal

For security, there is no public doorway into customer projects. Use the private link DP Construction sent by text or email.

  1. Find your DP Construction message.
    Look for the private project link and separate six-digit PIN.
  2. Open that private link.
    It leads only to the project information approved for you.
  3. Enter your PIN.
    You can then view shared updates, approvals, documents, photos, payments, and warranty information.
Important: DP Construction will never ask you to use an administrator login or provide another customer’s information.
